How to Add Captions to Instagram Videos and Reels
To add captions to an Instagram Reel, pick your video, tap Stickers, choose Captions and Instagram transcribes the audio for you. Tap the captions to fix words or change the color and font, drag them into place, then share. For closed captions viewers can switch off, turn on Enable closed captions under More options before you post.
